Introduction
Privacy matters to me. I do not collect data about buyers. I do not require that you register for an account before buying my training resources. The only data collated is financial data required for income tax and accounting purposes and (optional) email updates.

Personal information collected (names, email addresses) for the sole purpose of sending Zip Folder attachments or newsletters (if subscribed).
Data is collected on a spreadsheet (for accounting and sales purposes). Newsletter recipent data is held on the website.
Data collected for accounts pursposes is retained for seven years (to comply with the requirements of HM Revenue & Customs).
Data collected is via a third party (PayPal Merchant Commerce Platform). This information is supplied by you when you make a purchase.
How do I use personal information?
To send Downloads via email and newsletters to subscribers.
What legal basis do I have for processing your personal data?
By supplying your information via PayPal Merchant Commerce Platform you are giving consent to me using this data for the purpose of dealing with your purchase.
When do I share personal data?
I treat all personal data confidentially and do not disclose it or share it with any third party.
Your data will be stored on my password protected PC, which has up to date software to safeguard information supplied via the payment process.
Where do I store and process personal data?
Data is stored on my business PC, located at my business address within the UK. No-one has access to my PC except me.
How do I secure personal data?
Data security is extremely important to me – for example:
• My PC is password protected to prevent unauthorised access, use, destruction or disclosure
• This restricts access to personal information by any other person
• Appropriate malware and spyware products are kept up to date
• Virus scans are performed weekly
How long do I keep your personal data for?
Your data is kept solely for sales purposes and to comply with Inland Revenue requirements. This is no longer than seven years.
Data stored on my PC will be deleted after this time.
