Learning Disabilities - Observational Skills Level 1 All Staff including Non Care Roles
Learning Disabilities - Observational Skills Level 1 All Staff including Non Care Roles
Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidance and the Health and Care Act 2022 require that all health and social care providers registered with the CQC ensure staff receive learning disability and autism training appropriate to their role.
This applies not just to specialist clinicians but to all staff who may come into contact with people with a learning disability, including ancillary roles (e.g. reception, kitchen staff) where appropriate levels of awareness are expected.
This pack is a Level 1: All Staff (Including Non-Care Roles with Contact) pack.
Examples: domestic, catering, admin, activities assistants.
