Overall aim: To equip permanent care home staff with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to work effectively with agency staff by providing clear safety information, supporting safe delegation and
communication and recognising when additional guidance is needed—so that
care remains safe, consistent and person- centred during short-staffed
shifts.

By the end of this session, permanent staff will be able to:
